What happened to summer?

I looked at the calendar today, as I do every day. I realized it is no longer summer. WHAT? No more boating, swimsuits, lounging on the beach, white jeans, driving to work with the sun coming up. Oh, summer I am going to miss you.

I also realized that I haven't had a post since JUNE!! What? What happened to my solemn pledge to blog on a regular basis? I guess just too much lounging around this summer.
